What is Whole Body Cryotherapy

With Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) the body is exposed to ultra-low temperatures, triggering a systemic anti-inflammatory response. I wish they had an office in the Bay Area! I had a session while I was down in Los Angeles for a conference. Wow!
